At AQX Cert, we stand behind our verification process. If your organization does not meet the requirements for certification after our assessment, and we are unable to issue a certificate, you will receive a full refund of the application fee. No questions asked.
Eligible for Refund
- Your application is rejected after expert evaluation
- We are unable to complete the process due to our error
- You cancel within 24 hours of payment AND before evaluation begins
Not Eligible for Refund
- Certificate has already been issued (service delivered)
- You provided false or misleading information
- Failure to respond to information requests (>30 days)
- More than 30 days have passed since payment
- Digital Service Waiver: You acknowledged at checkout that the service begins immediately and waived your right of withdrawal
Chargebacks & Abuse
**Zero Tolerance for Fraud:** If you have questions about fees or services, please contact us first at [email protected]. Initiating a chargeback preventing the lawful settlement of services rendered—including document evaluation, expert review, certificate issuance, or enabling online verification—is a violation of our Terms. AQX Cert considers unfounded chargebacks as 'Friendly Fraud'. We vigorously contest all such claims by submitting comprehensive evidence (IP logs, access timestamps, delivery records, and signed waivers) to banks and card networks. We also reserve the right to recover disputed amounts plus legal fees and administrative costs through debt collection agencies.

Currency, Fees & FX
All prices are in USD. Refunds are returned via the original payment method. Third-party platform, banking, card network, or blockchain network fees and any foreign exchange differences may be deducted by the relevant channel; the final credited amount is determined by the processing network.
Clarifications to Reduce Disputes
- Market Recognition: The International Evaluation and Certification Center (IECC) is an independent, private accreditation system. Certificate usage and recognition depend on market practice and contractual context. Claims regarding non-acceptance by government bodies or IAF-mandated tenders do not constitute grounds for refunds, as AQX Cert explicitly declares its private status and usage scope.
- Delivery Fulfillment: Upon issuance, we provide digital download access and an online verification link. System logs of delivery and verification served as evidence of fulfilled service.
- Quality of Service: Assessments are performed based on materials provided by the client. The scope and output are governed by the website description and these terms.
