By accessing and using AQX Cert services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. **Identity Verification (KYC):** To prevent fraud and comply with international regulations, AQX Cert reserves the right to request government-issued identification or business verification documents for high-value transactions or where suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide requested verification may result in service suspension without refund.

Application Process
When you submit an application for certification, you agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information - Submit genuine documentation supporting your compliance claims - Respond promptly to requests for additional information - Pay the applicable certification fees
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payment is required before certification evaluation begins. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, and PayPal.
Refund Policy
If your application is not approved by our expert evaluators, you will receive a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.
Certificate Validity
Issued certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of issuance. Organizations must maintain compliance with the certified standard throughout the validity period and complete an annual digital surveillance audit (a simplified check-in) each year to confirm continued conformity. Failure to complete annual surveillance or material non-conformities identified may result in certificate suspension or withdrawal until issues are resolved.
Intellectual Property
All content on the AQX Cert website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AQX Cert and protected by copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability
AQX Cert is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Compliance & Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive purposes. You further agree not to submit false documentation or misrepresent your organization or compliance status. We may suspend or terminate services for suspected abuse, fraud, or non-compliance.
Payment Authorization & Billing
By submitting a payment, you authorize AQX Cert and our payment processors (including but not limited to Creem, Horizon Trading Co., Limited, PayPal, banking partners, and crypto processors) to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees, taxes, and any adjustments you approve. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Chargebacks & Disputes
To ensure fairness and prevent abuse, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] to resolve any billing or service concerns before initiating any chargeback or external dispute. **Friendly Fraud Policy:** Submitting a chargeback after services were commissioned or delivered (including evaluation effort, expert review, certificate issuance, or verification access) constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will be considered 'Friendly Fraud'. We reserve the right to report such incidents to industry blacklists (e.g., Ethoca, Verifi), which may impact your ability to process payments with other merchants globally. We will provide full documentary evidence to payment processors to contest all unfounded disputes.
Advertising, Communications & Analytics
We may use analytics and advertising technologies (e.g., Google/Meta) in accordance with our Privacy and Cookies Policies. Where required, we obtain consent before setting non-essential cookies. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time.
Data Protection

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the services shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association or equivalent UK body. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue exclusively in the United Kingdom or Delaware, USA (at our discretion), and waive any right to a jury trial, to the extent permitted by law.
